Request an RMA
Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the specific hardware items.
Secure Packaging
Place the device in its original anti-static packaging and manufacturer box, ensuring all power adapters, console cables, and mounting kits are included to avoid restocking fees.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's serial numbers and functional condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
